What we keep, and who else sees it.
This notice covers what Visual Rails stores and which services handle your requests. The terms describe charges and storage removal.
Your account
When you sign in, we store your email address and the profile details your sign-in method provides. We also keep your wallet balance, charges, holds and job records. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we never receive your full card number.
Prompts, uploads and outputs
We store your prompts, uploads, saved references and outputs so your history and library keep working. Files stay in cloud object storage until you delete them. They can also be removed after the 7-day grace period for unfunded storage described in the terms. Your wallet history and job records stay after removal.
Model providers
To create a result, we send the prompt and the inputs it needs to the provider that runs the chosen model. Most image, video and audio models run through fal. Some run through Replicate, OpenAI or Runway. Text and coding models run through OpenRouter.
For the text routes we have reviewed, requests ask for zero data retention, refuse providers that collect data, and turn off fallback to other providers. Models marked Provider retention applies in Studio have no zero-retention option. Their provider may keep requests under its own policy, and we cannot promise how long. Studio shows each model’s origin separately from the company that hosts it.
Image, video and audio providers handle requests under their own policies. We do not claim zero data retention for those requests.
Connected accounts
If you connect Google Drive, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, we store the access that service grants us. We use it only to send or import the files you choose. You can disconnect a service at any time.
Published and shared work
A published preview or a marketplace package is shared on purpose. The file it was made from is kept so the preview or package keeps working.
Usage measurement
We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and measure performance, and we keep short operational logs to run and secure the service.
